Owner and President

James Shaw, principal owner, has more than 35 years experience in the building and custom cabinet industries. Jim’s initial passion for woodworking and work ethic were formed during his early days of working for his father in his general contracting firm. Jim credits his Dad with instilling in him the dedication and drive that have made Shaw Woodworking what it is today. Shaw Woodworking has grown from a small basement shop to its current modern 8,000 s.f. manufacturing and office facility. Although the business has grown and surroundings may have changed, this drive and commitment remain to this day.

Owner and Vice-President

Vicki Shaw, principal owner, brings more than 25 years of experience in the business community with an emphasis on business development and turnaround, management, accounting, human resources and client service. As a small business owner Vicki wears many hats, and her skills have been integral to the growth of Shaw Woodworking, Inc.
